1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SVG Magic Studio (svgmagicstudio.com), operated by Lola Cascade Technologies, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
SVG Magic Studio converts raster images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, BMP) into SVG vectors using AI. The service is provided on a single paid plan at CAD $8.99 per month with a cap of 299 conversions per billing cycle and one file processed at a time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal content, content you do not have rights to, CSAM, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the service to generate harmful, defamatory or deceptive material.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of files you upload. We claim no rights over your inputs or the SVGs we generate for you. The service, its UI, and underlying technology remain our property.
6. Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly in CAD until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period. All sales are final — see our no-refunds policy.
7. AI output disclaimer
SVG outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. We provide them "as is" without warranty of fitness for any specific purpose.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which we operate, without regard to conflict of laws.
