1. Who we are
SVG Magic Studio (svgmagicstudio.com) is a service operated by Lola Cascade Technologies that converts raster images into SVG vectors using AI. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Lola Cascade Technologies.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers (e.g. Google/Apple sub).
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer ID and subscription status, never card numbers.
- SVG outputs we generate, stored privately under your account for 7 days. Original uploads are processed in memory and are not retained after conversion.
- Usage metadata: timestamps and file counts to enforce the 299 SVG conversions per month and up to 30 per day limits.
3. How we use it
To run the service, process your conversions, enforce the 299 SVG conversions per month and up to 30 per day limits, bill you, and provide support. We do not sell your data.
4. Sub-processors
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- AI model providers — your uploaded image is sent to a hosted AI model strictly to generate the SVG; it is not used to train the model.
5. Retention
Generated SVG files are kept for 7 days and then permanently deleted by an automated daily job. Original uploads are never persisted after conversion. On account deletion, all remaining data is removed within 30 days.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@svgmagicstudio.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — session and authentication. No tracking pixels.
