No-refunds Policy

All sales are final.

SVG Magic Studio is a digital subscription service delivered immediately upon payment. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any billing cycle — used or unused.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You keep access until the end of the current paid period; no prorated refund is issued.

Exceptions

Refunds are only issued where required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, mandatory statutory rights that cannot be waived). To request such a refund, email lolacascade@gmail.com.

Disputed charges

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most billing issues are resolved within one business day.
